Ingredients

Everyday recipe
  • Puff pastry sheets
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Courgette
  • Spring onion
  • Egg for glazing

Preparation

Time: 20 minutes

  1. Place 0.5 teaspoons of hoisin sauce on a sheet-lined baking tray for each pie. Top the sauce with a slice of zucchini, spring onion, and a piece of puff pastry.

  2. Using a fork, press down the edges of the puff pastry, brush with egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  3. Preheat your oven to 200°C and bake the mini pies on the bottom shelf for 15 to 20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Allow to cool before serving and enjoy!
