Send and receive (almost) anything

Only the person ordering the delivery needs to be a Wolt user. The other party will receive a tracking link and all necessary info via SMS.

There are no minimum requirements for sending a package. The package can weigh a maximum of 15 kg and needs to be within the following dimensions: 65 x 55 x 40 cm.

When placing an order for delivery, you will be asked in the app to select the estimated size and weight of the package. This way we know if your package delivery requires a specific capability, for example, delivery by car.

The maximum delivery radius is currently 10 km.

You will have live tracking available on the app, just like for any other Wolt order.

Please contact Customer Support who can make the necessary changes.

If you want to cancel the delivery before the package has been picked up, please reach out to Customer Support. Customer Support may still be able to cancel the delivery prior to pick-up, in which case the delivery fee will be returned to your account. However, please note that for the transportation of goods, consumers’ statutory cancellation right does not apply and therefore Wolt does not guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after you have placed it.

If you want to cancel the delivery after the package has already been picked up, please reach out to Customer Support. Customer Support can help with returning the package, but unfortunately the delivery fee can no longer be refunded. 

Please note that the other person doesn’t receive a text message about the cancellation. They can, however, see it when opening the order tracking view via the tracking link.

If the courier cannot deliver the package, Customer Support will make efforts to contact the receiver. If the receiver is not found or reached, Customer Support will reach out to you and inform you that the recipient wasn’t available and we will return the package back to you.
