Install the Wolt app and you'll be able to transfer your Tazz account quickly and easily! You'll receive a notification when the transition begins, you'll just need to confirm the transfer. Remember to log in via eMAG sign-in method to ensure that your account details (like saved addresses, Genius status, and payment methods) are transferred successfully.

Q: Do I need to create a new account on Wolt or will my old one work?

No, your Tazz account details will be transferred to Wolt. You don't need to create a new account or re-enter your data. Just make sure you're logged in with your eMAG account.

Q: What happens to my Genius subscription?

Your Genius subscription will be migrated too. It will provide the same benefits: free delivery and exclusive offers. Just make sure to log in via eMAG when you open Wolt for the first time.

Q: Will my Genius subscription change its price or conditions?

No. The Genius benefits will be preserved, and your subscription continues without changes. All you need to do is make sure you log into Wolt with your eMAG account.

Q: What happens to my order details?

Your order history from Tazz will not be migrated to Wolt. We recommend saving important information from previous orders before the transition if you need them.

Q: What happens to my cards?

All saved payment methods will be automatically transferred and secured in your Wolt account.

Q: What happens if I have multiple Tazz accounts on one phone number?

You will be guided in the app to select the main account you want to transfer. The support team is available to provide additional assistance at the email address: support@wolt.com.

Q: When exactly does the transfer to Wolt take place?

You'll receive a notification directly in the Tazz app when it's time. Until then, you can use Tazz as usual.
