  • 1 packet chicken fillets
  • 100ml whipping cream
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 red chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • Long grain rice
  • Salad leaves


Time: 20 minutes

  1. Begin by dicing the garlic clove and sundried tomatoes. Split the chili, discard the seeds, and chop it into small pieces. Add everything to a frying pan or a sturdy saucepan and sauté in olive oil for a few minutes.

  2. Introduce the chicken fillets to the pan, ensuring they are well-cooked and evenly turned, then add the fresh herbs and chicken stock. Bring to a boil for a few minutes, then stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese sauce.

  3. Allow the chicken sauce to simmer until the grated cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with steamed rice and green salad.
