Ten minutes is all the time you need to prepare this creamy smoked salmon pasta recipe. This simple yet delicious dish is perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners.

  • 500g cheese ravioli
  • 300g smoked salmon fillet
  • 200g sour cream
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Chives


Time: 10 minutes

  1. Dice the onion and sauté in a large pan over medium heat until translucent. Add the chopped salmon fillets, squeeze the juice from a whole lemon, and pour in the can of sour cream. Mix well until combined and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer while you prepare the ravioli.

  2. In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Before draining, reserve a cup of pasta cooking water. Once the ravioli is cooked, add it to the simmering sauce along with a splash of the reserved pasta cooking water.

  3. Coat the ravioli evenly with the sauce, then transfer the salmon pasta to serving plates. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with freshly chopped chives and enjoy!
